server offline - windows problems

After Upgrading to Season3Episode2 (Full) I would like to make a few Changes around here. 1st of all> Experience won't be 9,000x anymore, It'll be 2,000x Drops will be 40% instead of 80% um, Quest items WILL NOT be in shop /evo command will NOT be active Pets(like fenrir: red,blue,black) you will have to make yourself, I will open Guide section soon, so that people can post in there. guys, if we want much ppl to come and make the server "Famus" we need to, uppgrade to s3ep2 and make the server as easy as possible.. it might sound crazy but i have done some reserching and i think its the best way to get much ppl.. really easy server = high exp, good drop rate (trading value chaos), all jewels and bok's in shops (maybe not bok +5) and CM high rate, many good spots.. hmm did i miss anything? cuz atm the server is "hard" for many ppl.. ...

DO we need to download again the client?etc...
